By accessing or using Disturbine (disturbine.com, the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

Disturbine is a free, ad-supported tool for browsing newly released and recently changed Steam games. We aggregate data from Valve’s public Steam Web API and from SteamSpy and present it on our own timeline and filter pages. We are an independent project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or programmatically harvest the Service in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Probe, test, or attempt to bypass our security or rate limits;
• Use the Service to facilitate spam, harassment, malware distribution, or other unlawful activity;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user.

We may suspend access without notice for any account or IP that we reasonably believe is violating these terms.

When you sign in via Google, Discord, or Steam we receive identifying information from those providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any activity under your account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Game titles, descriptions, images, prices, genres, tags, and similar metadata are property of their respective publishers. Steam, the Steam logo, and Valve’s assorted product names are trademarks of Valve Corporation. We surface that information for informational purposes; we do not claim ownership of it. Outbound links to the Steam store are provided as a convenience; Disturbine does not control and is not responsible for content or transactions on third-party sites.

The Service may display advertising provided by third parties such as Google AdSense. Those networks operate under their own terms and may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on opting out of personalized ads.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that information shown (release dates, prices, availability, genres, tags, etc.) is accurate, complete, or current. Always confirm details on Steam before making purchasing decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disturbine and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any user that we reasonably believe is violating these terms or causing harm to the Service or other users. We may also discontinue the Service entirely at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
